How do the magnets work?

Each plush has a small magnet tucked inside. Bring the pair close and they pull together. Pull gently to separate. No batteries, no app, no charging.

Is this a toy for kids?

No. Chumzy pairs are keepsakes for grown-ups (14+). They contain small magnets, so please keep them away from young children and pets. If magnets are swallowed, seek medical help immediately.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within a few business days and arrive in about 1–3 weeks, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Can I ship it straight to them as a gift?

Yes. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

What if something arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund. See our refund policy for details.
