Order processing

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Our production partners make and ship each order.

Delivery times

Because items ship internationally, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks depending on your location, local customs processing, and carrier conditions. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Japan and the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order or shipping total. Customs policies vary by country — check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you first receive it.

Shipping delays

Occasionally, orders may be delayed by customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience, and we'll help track down any order that seems significantly delayed.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your address, and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
