How do I pick my size?

Measure your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe and match it to the chart above. Both styles run small, so if you're between sizes, go one up.

Can I wear them outside?

They're made for indoors. The Fluffy Critter pair has a soft fabric sole; Kitty Paw has an EVA sole but is still happiest at home.

Can I swap for a different size?

We can replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective (within 14 days of delivery). Size exchanges aren't available, so a quick measure now saves cold toes later.

When will they arrive?

Most orders ship within a few business days and arrive in about 1–3 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email.

Can I send them as a gift?
